Blosky & Associates is a Certified Public Accounting and Management Consulting firm specializing in providing accounting, auditing, and consulting services to the subsidized housing industry. We have extensive experience in servicing public housing agencies on a national scale.

Blosky & Associates has many years of experience in providing financial assistance for PHAs. This assistance ranges from running entire accounting departments to assisting in budget preparation and year-end closing. Blosky & Associates has worked extensively with both public housing and Section 8 programs and brings a level of experience that is unsurpassed in the housing industry.

Blosky & Associates has a proven track record with respect to helping PHAs develop and implement a sound Finance department. This track record has been made by our staff, which has both a strong background in HUD regulations and a strong understanding of the needs of housing operations and requirements of PHAs. - We have a recognized expertise in PHA accounting and fiscal support systems, as well as all aspects of PHA management practices, including requirements for a Finance Department.

The monitoring, review and quality assurance function is extremely critical to the overall success of the services and will be headed by Mr. Blosky. Blosky & Associates strive to ensure a high standard of accurate, complete and timely service to its clients and customers.

The tasks of providing technical assistance to implement measures necessary to improve overall management practices and program compliance will be primarily directed by Mr. Blosky, each determined task will be assigned to an individual or team with a thorough expertise and knowledge to execute and complete the individual task.
